Transfer 13 images from the photo CD to the folder titled "My Documents" on your computer. Open the calendar template using your word processing software. Modify this template by adding holidays and any other special dates needed to make your photo wall calendar unique.
Open a new document in your word processing software. Design a cover for the wall calendar using one of the images on your photo CD and text. Add 12 subsequent pages to this document and insert one photo for specific months of the year on each page. Resize the photos if necessary, to make them larger and cover most of the pages in your document. Select the print preview option from your document menu. Check all pages to make sure the edges of your photos will not be missing when printed.

Print all pages in the calendar template on 12 sheets of your white multipurpose paper. Print the image that represents the first month of your photo wall calendar on the extra sheet of multipurpose paper. Print the image for February on the back of your January calendar month. Repeat this process for each month until all remaining images are on the opposite side of the calendar sheets between January and November. December should be the only calendar month sheet without an image on the opposite side. Print your cover on one sheet of white cardstock paper. Place all months in order starting from January to organize the photo wall calendar into one pile. Put the photo page that represents January on top of your pile of calendar months. Turn the photo page over to face its adjoining calendar month and then upside down. Place the cover image page on top of the finished pile. Add your remaining sheet of white cardstock paper under the page representing the month of December.

Punch holes near the top edges of your papers using the binding machine; three sections of five pages at a time. The finished result should include a total of 19 holes across each page. Keep the pile of photo wall calendar pages in order and set it aside. Put the plastic comb into your binding machine and open the comb wide enough to accommodate all of the calendar pages. Insert the comb spines through the holes in your calendar pile. Close the comb to bind you photo wall calendar and remove it from the binding machine.
