How to Send a Mass Email to All Users With Joomla

It is easy to use Joomla! to send a mass email.

Joomla! is an open source content management system for creating, managing and publishing websites to the Internet. Website owners and administrators have complete control over the functionality of their website from a back-end administration panel that can be accessed online. Administrators can also manage members of their website and send mass emails to users and user groups to keep them updated and informed of company news.

Instructions

1. Open a Web browser and navigate to the Joomla! Administration dashboard of your website: [websitename].com/administrator.

2. Log in using an administrator username and password.

3. Click "Tools" from the top menu and select "Mass Mail" from the drop-down menu.

4. Select "All User Groups" under Details in the left panel.

5. Enter the appropriate "Subject" title and "Message" content of the email under Message.

6. Click the "Send Email" icon from the top menu to send the email to all users.
