How to Add Music to a Personal Web Page on Comcast

As a Comcast subscriber, you can create your own personal Web page for free with the help of the new "Web Site Builder," a basic online Web design program that is easy to use. You can use your personal Web page to tell people about yourself, share photos, provide links, plan events and even add music. Comcast gives you 1 GB (gigabyte) of storage space.

      Log on to http://publish.comcast.net.

      Enter your Comcast email address and password to launch the Comcast site builder.

      Click on the tab "View & Manage Files." It is located on the top bar next to "Total Disk Usage." You should see a list of the files that you have uploaded previously on the Web Site Builder program.

      Click on "Upload Files." It is located on the left panel under "Navigate your website." This will open a new box titled "Upload files to your Web space."

      Hit the "Browse" button. Locate the MP3 music that you want to add. Hit "Open." Keep in mind that you can upload six songs at a time (8 MB each).

      Choose a directory where you want to store the song(s) by clicking on the drop-down menu "Existing Folders."

      Hit the "Upload" button to complete the task.
