As with any greasy stain, silicone personal lubricant can be very difficult to remove from fabric, especially from carpet. Silicone tends to cling to the fibers of carpet. If you do have this problem, however, there are steps that you can take to remove the personal lubricant from your carpet without leaving a stain. The removal method requires only basic household products, but, as with any grease stain, timing is everything.
Step 1
Dampen a cloth in warm water and use it to blot the fresh stain.

Step 2
Squeeze a few drops of dish washing liquid onto the damp cloth and rub it gently but deeply into the fibers of the carpet.
Step 3
Allow the detergent to sit on the carpet for about 10 minutes.
Step 4
Blot the detergent up with a dampened cloth and allow it to dry. If evidence of the stain remains proceed to Step 5.
Step 5
Create a paste by mixing powdered laundry detergent with water and spread it over the carpet stain.
Step 6
Leave the paste on for about 10 minutes before rinsing with water.
Step 7
Allow the stained area to dry. If the stain is still visible, proceed to Step 8.
Step 8
Spray WD-40 or a similar product onto the stained area and allow it to sit for 30 minutes.
Step 9
Repeat steps 1 through 4.
