How to Send an Email to All Contacts in an Address Book in Outlook Express

In order to facilitate the sending of a single email to a large number of contacts, Outlook Express allows you to create groups. You can create a group that contains a small portion of your contacts or every contact in your Address Book. Once the group is created, Outlook Express will treat it as if it is a single contact.
