How to Download Flash on Your IPhone
IPhones support unrestricted web browsing, which allows you to access the Internet just as if you were using a regular computer, but without the keyboard, mouse, CD player and other accessories. With the web browser, the process of downloading the Adobe Flash Player, or simply Flash, onto your iPhone is just like on any normal computer. Flash allows your iPhone to play videos on the Internet (YouTube) or view any kind of flashing pictures, and websites that automatically play music when opened, start slide shows, play videos, and so on. Almost every website on the Internet uses Flash.

Open a web browser on your iPhone. Click on the link in Resources to go to the Adobe website.

Click on the button that says "Get Adobe Flash Player."

Uncheck the box next to "Free McAfee® Security Scan Plus (optional)" and then scroll down and click on the "Agree and Install now" button. A window pops up asking you if you want to download the program. Click "Save" and then wait for the program to download.

Tips & Warnings
In order for Flash to work on your iPhone, you have to install it. Once Flash is installed, you can view all the Flash media on the Internet without a problem.
