How to Make Business Brochures & Flyers
Creating your own business brochures and flyers can be easily accomplished using one of a number of graphics programs. Perhaps the easiest program to master and use for these types of projects is the Paint program that comes with most PCs as part of Microsoft Windows. Paint is a user-friendly program that even children can enjoy using to create artwork. It will allow you to make fairly professional-looking brochures and flyers for your business.

1
Brainstorm your ideas on paper. You will want to gather all information you need to include in your brochures and flyers. This should generally include the name of your business, address and contact details for your business, which may be only a phone number but could also be a website. You should also normally add the purpose for your brochure or flyer, such as a special sale or other promotional purpose. Also keep in mind that while most flyers are one-sided, brochures have two sides, so you will need to create separate documents for the inside and outside of the brochure.

2
Create your document by going to "Start" then scrolling to "Accessories" then clicking on "Paint." You will be opening an untitled document which you will have to name. After naming your document you can opt to resize your document by going to "Image," then selecting "Attributes," next choosing the width and height dimensions that you want for your brochure or flyer.

Bring in pictures to be added to your brochure or flyer design by opening the image in Windows Live Photo Gallery. You should have saved the image first on your computer, for instance, in "My Documents." You will need to select "Copy" and then go to Paint and under "Edit" select "Paste." Keep in mind that you will only get one chance to move your image in Paint, unlike with other programs, such as Photoshop.
