How to Unlock the Camaro Concept in NFS: Carbon

The Camaro Concept is a bonus car in "Need for Speed: Carbon."

The Camaro Concept was included in "Need for Speed: Carbon" as one of the "Collector's Edition" bonus cars. On most game systems, there is no way to unlock this car on the standard version of the game. The only exception is the Xbox 360 version of the game. It is possible to unlock the Camaro Concept and other "Collector's Edition" cars through an Xbox Live download. This update will cause those cars to be unlocked and usable on the standard version of "Need for Speed: Carbon."

Things You'll Need

• Xbox 360 video game console
• Xbox Live Silver or Gold Account
• 800 Microsoft points
• "Need for Speed: Carbon" game disc

Instructions

1. Turn on your Xbox 360 console. The Xbox dashboard will come up.

2. Scroll up to the "Game Marketplace" on the dashboard menu.

3. Select "Browse" from the marketplace menu.

4. Scroll to the right to change the browse options. Choose "N" under the "Browse by Title" tab.

5. Select "Need for Speed: Carbon" from the title list.

6. Select "All Downloads" from the "Need for Speed: Carbon" download menu.

7. Select "Collector's Edition Upgrade" from the downloads.

8. Select "Download Now." Confirm you want to spend 800 Microsoft points to download the file.

9. Wait for the download to complete. The Camaro Concept will be unlocked the next time you play "Need for Speed: Carbon."

Tips & Warnings

• The Camaro Concept is only selectable in "Quick Race" mode of "Need for Speed: Carbon." It is also pre-loaded, which means you cannot modify the parts in it.
