How to Clean Eames Lounge Leather
Charles and Ray Eames were two of the great furniture designers of the twentieth century. Together they produced a range of furniture pieces, including leather chairs and sofas. Many of their modernist designs remain popular today and are available at high-end stores as official reproductions under license. Vacuum or dust regularly with a soft dry cloth to prevent dirt build up.

Wipe any spills immediately with a damp sponge, then clean with a damp cloth and a mix of lukewarm water and a mild soap. Clean the entire surface, not just the affected area.

Wipe down the entire sofa with a clean, dry cloth. Allow the the leather to air-dry.

Tips & Warnings
Do not attempt to wash butter or oil-based spills with water. Wipe clean with a dry cloth and allow the remaining oil to be absorbed into the leather.
Do not use any of the following products, as they will damage the leather surface: saddle soap, cleaning solvents, oils, furniture polishes, varnishes, abrasive cleaners, detergents or ammonia.
