      Download and print the "articles of amendment." This form is available from Florida's Corporations Division.

      Fill in the required information on the form. In section A, enter the new name for your corporation. Remember that you must include "Corporation," "Corp," "Inc" or a similar identifier to the name.

      Send the form to the Amendment Section of Florida's Division of Corporations. The address is: Amendment Section, Division of Corporations, P.O. Box 6327, Tallahassee, FL 32314.

      Include the filing fee with your form. As of 2010, the minimum cost is $35.
