Instructions

  1. Stovetop Method

    • 1

Melt your chocolate on the stovetop using a low temperature. Stir occasionally. Do not allow the chocolate to scorch.

    • 2

Fill the molds as soon as the chocolate melts. As chocolate cools, it will harden again.

    • 3

Place the molds in the freezer for 15 minutes. Once solid, the chocolate will pop out of the molds.

    • 4

Follow the same method to make leaves. Melt white chocolate on the stove. As the chocolate melts, stir in green food coloring. Pour the mixture into leaf molds and put them in the freezer. Pop the molded chocolate out when it's solid and pair it with your flower candies for a layered look.

    Microwave Method

    • 5

Place chocolate in a heat-resistant measuring cup. A two-cup container will hold approximately one pound of chocolate.

    • 6

Set the microwave to 50 percent and heat the chocolate for 30 seconds.

    • 7

Remove the cup from the oven and stir the chocolate. Repeat the process, stirring every 30 seconds until the chocolate melts completely.

    • 8

Pour the melted chocolate into the molds and place them in the freezer for 15 minutes. Remove the molds after 15 minutes and pop the chocolate out. Decorate the chocolate flowers as you wish.
