Easy Tie-Dying Directions
Tie-dying is an easy technique almost anyone can accomplish. Every tie-dyed garment is unique and designs can be as complex or simple as you like. You probably have the items needed to do tie-dying in your home already. All you need is your imagination to make your very own, fashionable tie-dye statement.

2
Wrap a section of garment around marbles and place rubber bands around marbles for a more mottled effect. Repeat as desired.

-
3
Gather garment into a tight, flat bundle. Place rubber bands around sections of fabric, according to desired finished design.
-
4
Put on rubber gloves.
-
5
Prepare dye according to manufacturer's instructions. If desired, stir salt in mixture to deepen color.
