Changing the color of your hyperlinks can set your document apart from the many Web pages that use blue. Microsoft Word 2007 offers a variety of colors and fonts, enabling you to change your hyperlink color to red, pink, purple or whatever fits your style.

Instructions

      Insert the hyperlink into the Word document. You can type it out or paste it in, but make sure it has the "http://" in it.

      Select the "Home" tab at the top of the Word window.

      Press and hold "Alt + Ctrl + Shift + S" simultaneously to open the "Styles" menu.

      Hover over the "Hyperlink" option on the menu, then click the triangle icon that appears next to it.

      Click "Modify" from the drop-down menu that appears after you click the triangle.

      Click the arrow on the "Font Color" icon to choose a new hyperlink color.

      Click "OK" to save the changes.
