How to Hook Up Sirius to a Jensen MP

Jensen MP car stereo receivers are built into many different types of vehicles. They are compatible with the additional receiver you get when you sign up for Sirius satellite radio service. To hook up your Sirius receiver to your Jensen MP, you'll need to transfer audio signals from one device to the other through an auxiliary cable.

Instructions

1. Insert the power adapter that runs off of your Sirius satellite radio receiver into your car's cigarette lighter/power adapter outlet. A light will appear on the face of the power adapter letting you know it's connected and working.

2. Insert the plug on the other end of the power adapter into the power adapter input on your Sirius satellite radio receiver.

3. Insert one end of a standard auxiliary cable into the auxiliary cable input on the Sirius satellite radio receiver.

4. Insert the other end of this auxiliary cable into the auxiliary cable input on your Jensen MP car stereo.

5. Turn on your Sirius satellite radio receiver. At the same time, press the "AUX" button on the face of your Jensen MP car stereo. Your Sirius satellite radio receiver will now be properly hooked up and connected to your Jensen MP car stereo.
