How to Buy a New Receiver for Direct Satellite

Mouse over Equipment (far right of the menu, near the top of the screen). Choose Receivers.

You will be given four options: HD DVR Receiver, DVR Receiver, HD Receiver and Standard Receiver. Click the tab for whichever one you wish to purchase.

Click "Add to Cart". Enter the username and password for your account. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete your checkout.

Tips & Warnings
If you have a broken receiver, check your DirecTV bill to see if you have the replacement plan. If so, call the DirecTV service department before making any purchases; you may be eligible for a new receiver.
