- ½ cup frozen raspberries
- ½ cup frozen blueberries
- Blender
- Ice
- ¼ cup whey powder
- 2 tbsp. ground flaxseed
- 2 tsp. lemon juice
- ¼ cup unsweetened cranberry juice
- 3 tbsp. honey

Place the frozen berries into a blender filled with a small handful of ice. In some smoothies, the fruits are fresh and lead to a more juice-like consistency. Increasing the quantity of ice adds a thickness to the smoothie. Since the berries are frozen in this recipe, you will not need as much ice.

Add ¼ cup of whey powder to the blender.
