How to Burn MP3 CDs With Nero
Nero is a popular suite of audio and video software. Within the suite, Nero 9 Burning ROM is one of the most popular for burning audio CDs. To burn MP3 tracks to a CD disc, you must make sure your CD-R disc is blank. If you are using a CD-RW (Rewritable) disc, then you will be allowed to record over your current data with new data. But you should be aware that some CD players can't read or play a CD-RW disc.

1
Open the Nero software program and insert your blank CD disc into your CD drive.
-
2
Select "Audio CD" when the New Compilation window appears. You can enter in other information about your CD, such as the artist name and CD title under the Audio CD tab if you prefer. Then, click "Next" to proceed.
-
-
3
Browse your computer for MP3 files in the "File Browser" pane on the right side of the window. When you locate a MP3 file you want to put on your CD, drag it from the right pane and drop it inside the left pane under "Name." (The "Name" pane displays a list of files you want to burn.)
-
4
Check your disc progress indicator at the bottom of your software window. This indicator will tell you how much room you have left on your CD. Most CDs will only contain 80 minutes worth of music. The indicator will display a dotted line at the 80-minute mark. If you have gone past the 80-minute mark, manually drag songs from the burn list.
-
5
Arrange your MP3 files in the order that you want them to play. You can simply drag and drop a song title above or below another one using your mouse.
-
6
Click on the burn icon when you are ready to begin your burn. Select your burn options. Make sure that "Disc-at-once" and "Write a CD" are both checked. Then, select "OK."
-
7
Eject your new CD disk once the software has notified you that the burn process has completed.
