How to Change Eye Color With Photoshop Elements
Adobe Photoshop is a massive and powerful graphics program that can perform almost any graphics task you might have. But it is also expensive and complex. For most people's purposes, Photoshop Elements (which is simpler and less costly) can get the job done, especially if they are doing a bit of basic photo editing. For example, if you have a photo of yourself or someone else in which you want to change the color of the eyes in the picture, you can accomplish this quickly using Photoshop Elements.

1
Load the photo that you want to work with onto your computer either by scanning it in or transferring it from a digital source like a camera or an SD card.
-
2
Open Photoshop Elements. In the "Start" window that opens, click the "Edit" tab.
-
-
3
Select "Image" from the menu and choose "Resize." From the options, choose "Image Size." In the dialog that pops up, change the "Interpolation" to "Bicubic Smoother" and increase the image size (double or triple should work). Click "OK."
-
4
Hold down the "Shift" key and use the "Elliptical Marquee" tool to select the irises. Then hold down the "Alt" key and use it to deselect the pupils. You should now have only the irises themselves selected.
-
5
Select "Enhance," then "Adjust Color" and click "Hue/Saturation." In the dialog that pops up, adjust the Hue and Saturation sliders until you are happy with the color change. Click "OK."
-
6
Repeat step 3, but this time change the image back to its original size. Select "File" and click "Save As." Name your file and save it as a high-resolution JPEG.
