How to Delete Gamer Profile XBox

The XBox console makes it just as simple to add a profile than to delete one.

When using services like XBox Live, gamer profiles can seem to pile up when friends are playing on the system or if you wanted to start with a clean slate at some point in your experience with the console. You may find yourself stuck with a vast amount of excess information, including unwanted game saves, achievements and rankings that you do not want taking up memory. Thankfully, getting rid of a profile is an easy task.

Instructions

1. Start the XBox without a game in the tray. You will be taken to the console's main menu.

2. Select the "Support" button. In the next menu, select "Memory."

3. Select "Profiles" in the "Memory" menu. Highlight the profile you want to delete and press the "X" button.

4. Select "Delete" after pressing "X" on the profile.
