How to Pass Team Rocket to Get the Gem in Saffron City in "Pokemon Fire Red"

"Pokemon Fire Red" is a role-playing game designed by Game Freak and released by Nintendo for the Game Boy Advance. The game once again lets players take control of a young trainer as he captures and trains different Pokemon in order to become the top Pokemon trainer in the land. In Saffron City, members of the villainous Team Rocket have set up shop and are preventing you from entering the town's two gyms. In order to get them out of your way, you must complete a few tasks.

Instructions

1. Defeat Koga in the Fuchsia Coty gym. You will need to do this before you go to Saffrom City.

2. Enter Saffron City and go inside the Silph Co. building.

3. Defeat your rival and Giovanni inside the Silph Co. building. After this, Team Rocket will leave town and stop blocking the gyms.

4. Enter one of the two gyms to continue the quest. One gym is a fighting dojo, where you can receive a fighting Pokemon, and the other is an official gym where you can earn a gym badge.
