How to Make a Candy Cane Christmas Bouquet

Make a beautiful bouquet with candy canes.

Candy canes are not just for hanging on your Christmas tree. They also make beautiful Christmas bouquets to display in vases at your dinner table or on a decorated mantelpiece. Create beautiful candy cane bouquets with poinsettias or your favorite type of flowers to display in your home this Christmas.

Things You'll Need

• Wire stock
• Wire cutters
• Stem tape
• 50 miniature candy canes
• 1 bunch of artificial holly
• 1 bunch of artificial poinsettias

Instructions

1. Cut 52 sections of wire, 8 inches long each, with wire cutters.

2. Tape a section of wire to the stem of each candy cane so that 5 inches of wire hangs off the end.

3. Tape the remaining sections of wire to the poinsettia and holly stems.

4. Hold all the wires together and twist them to secure the bouquet items together.

5. Bend the candy canes and artificial florals around until the arrangement is to your liking.

6. Place the wire bunch into a vase to hold the bouquet and display it prominently.
