How to Get a Gunsmith Certification
Gunsmith certificates can be earned through a handful of colleges across the United States. A college that offers gunsmith certificates or associate-degree programs provides a core set of gunsmith courses in a hands-on setting. Opportunities for students who earn their gunsmith certificate include working for outdoor sport retailers, restoring antique guns, working for law enforcement agencies or specialization in repairs of certain brands of guns.
