How to Fix Plug-In Errors
A plug-in is a computer module that functions as an add-on to increase a program's or software's capabilities and functions. This includes the well-known Flash Player and JavaScript plug-ins. Plug-ins are essential to any computer's natural functioning. As a computer acquires more plug-ins, it is able to function better in the virtual world of computing. However, there are times when plug-ins don't play together nicely and find themselves fighting amongst each other. Plug-in errors are cumbersome, but these errors have quick fixes.

Unplugged Start off by identifying the faulty plug-in. You can easily do this by playing the media that uses the plug-in and noting its behavior.

If you find that the plug-in is not behaving as it is supposed to, check to see if there are any updates. Sometimes software publishers introduce new elements to their media that only function with newer versions of the plug-in. This frequently happens with Flash Player.
