As of 2010, Apple created a new feature for the iTunes program that allows you to view items in the iTunes Store directly in a web browser (previously you could only view items within the iTunes program). Finding the URL for an iTunes product page is easily accomplished.

      Click "Start" on your Windows PC taskbar and click "Programs," "Apple" and "iTunes." For Macintosh computers, open the "Applications" folder in "Finder" and double-click the "iTunes" icon.

      Click the iTunes "Store" tab in the sidebar, and type in the name of the artist, song or application that you wish to view in the search bar (in the upper-right corner of the window).

      Press the "Enter" key to begin your search. Click on the search result. Choose the down arrow next to the purchase button, and select "Copy Link" from the pop-up menu.

      Open your Internet browser, and click the URL field. Click "Edit" at the top of the menu and select "Paste" from the drop-down menu to paste the iTunes "Preview" link. Press "Enter" or "Return" on your keyboard to view the iTunes page in your browser.
