Instructions

    • 1

Mark the ceiling with a pencil for where you'd like to hang the candle holder.

    • 2

Place your anchor up to the marked spot; hammer the anchor in. Using an anchor will ensure that the candle is hung safely and securely. If your candle is light (weighing less than 8 lbs.) than you do not need an anchor.

    • 3

Screw a screw-in hook into the anchor until the hook is into the anchor up to its base.

    • 4

Measure how low you'd like your candle holder to hang using measuring tape. You can either purchase your garden chain in the appropriate length or you can simply remove excess chains (see Tips).

    • 5

Hang the first chain onto the hook. Open the last chain link by prying apart the seam of the link with pliers. Slide the hurricane candle holder's handle through the link. Use the pliers to bring the seam together again.

    • 6

Place a candle inside your candle holder to enjoy.

Tips & Warnings

  • Use a pair of needle nose pliers to pry the seam of one link apart. Simply pull the excess chain from the last link. Use the pliers to bring the seam back together.
