How to Get Rid of Salt Stains on Leather

Things You'll Need

• Vinegar
• Water
• Cup or bowl
• Soft, clean rag
• Cotton ball

Instructions

1. Make a solution of vinegar and water in a cup or bowl. Use three parts vinegar to one part water, as the vinegar is the most important factor in the stain-removal process.

2. Wipe off any residue on the leather with a soft, clean rag. Dip a cotton ball in the vinegar and water solution and dab it onto the stain, rubbing gently to remove the stain.

3. Continue applying the vinegar and water solution to the stain until it is completely gone. Allow the leather to air-dry naturally.
