How to Increase uTorrent Upspeed

The torrent downloading software program uTorrent allows you to download files that have been shared over the Bittorrent protocol. It features several settings and options areas in which you can control your upload and download speeds. If you want to increase how fast you allow your computer to upload files to other users, you can do so from the main window of the program.

Instructions

1. Open uTorrent and wait for the program to fully load.

2. Look in the lower right-hand corner where the label "U:" appears, followed by a set of letters and numbers.

3. Right-click on this section of the window and select what upload speed you want uTorrent to use (your current upload speed limit will be highlighted). The setting is applied immediately and uTorrent begins uploading files at a faster speed.
