How to Learn Tai Chi Chuan Online
Often referred to as "tai chi," tai chi chuan was originally used as a method of self-defense in China. Nowadays its graceful, circular movements are often used as a method of stretching and stress reduction. According to the Mayo Clinic, many older adults find tai chi to be a suitable exercise because it is gentle. Best of all, it does not require a trip to an outside class. You can learn tai chi chuan online, from the comfort of your home.
