How to Uninstall Adobe Photoshop
Adobe Photoshop is one of the world's most popular graphic design applications. Used by professional visual designers and photographers, the program affords a broad range of control over bitmap images, allowing users to modify color modes and file types, apply filters and effects, create text and shapes and much more. Though the program itself can be difficult to use, uninstalling it from your system is a quick process, whether you use the Windows or Mac OS X operating system.

Click the Windows "Start" button and select "Control Panel." Depending on the configuration of your Start Menu, the Control Panel option may be located within the "Settings" sub-menu.

Double-click the icon labeled "Programs and Features." This icon is labeled "Add or Remove Programs" in Windows XP and earlier Windows versions.

Locate Adobe Photoshop in the list of programs. Right-click and select the option labeled "Uninstall," "Uninstall/Remove," or "Change/Remove." The label varies, depending on your Photoshop version and your Windows version.

Follow the on-screen prompts to remove Adobe Photoshop and its associated components.
Uninstall Adobe Photoshop from Mac OS X

Open Adobe Photoshop. Click "Help" in the top menu bar, select "Deactivate," and then follow the on-screen prompts to deactivate the program.

Close Adobe Photoshop.

Open the following folders from your desktop: "Applications" > "Utilities" > "Adobe Installers."

Double-click the Photoshop installer program. Authenticate as an administrator when prompted.

Select the "Remove Components" option, and then follow the on-screen prompts to remove Adobe Photoshop and its associated components.
