SkyScan atomic clocks receive a daily atomic time signal from Fort Collins, Colorado to provide owners with the most accurate time-keeping available. Before your SkyScan atomic clock can begin searching for the atomic time signal it must be set to the correct time zone. SkyScan atomic clocks can be quickly and easily set to Pacific, Mountain, Central or Eastern Time using a series of buttons on the clock's control panel.       Locate the rectangular control panel on the back of your SkyScan atomic clock.

      Locate the time zone-setting buttons at the bottom of you SkyScan atomic clock's control panel. The buttons are labeled "P" for Pacific Time, "M" for Mountain Time, "C" for Central Time and "E" for Eastern Time.

      Press the appropriately-labeled button to set the time zone on your SkyScan atomic clock.

Tips & Warnings

  • SkyScan atomic clock owners outside of the Pacific, Mountain, Central and Eastern time zones must set their clocks manually using the "Manual Set" buttons on the control panel.
