How to Play Three Towers Solitaire on Facebook to Win

MindJolt's Three Towers Solitaire online computer card game on Facebook reveals the image of three towers when you win a round. The layout of the cards differs from regular solitaire. Cards are dealt in a pyramid shape on top. The remaining cards are dealt to the player one at a time. The object is for the player to use all of the cards to win the round. You continue playing new rounds until you lose. The high score is added to the MindJolt Three Towers Solitaire wall of fame (or shame).

Instructions

    • 1

Log onto your Facebook account. Search for MindJolt. Locate Three Towers Solitaire among the extensive list of word, skill and luck games available to play.

    • 2

Read the instructions. Basically, the rules are to add as many cards as possible to the cards dealt to the player. Optimally, you will use all of the cards and win the round. Click on one of the cards in the pyramid shape that appear above the top card that is dealt face up to the player. Click on a card that is one value higher or lower in sequence to the card facing up. For example, if the first card dealt face up is a 4, you can add a 5 or a 3 to the card, but nothing else. If a 5 or a 3 is not visible in the pyramid, click on the next card in the deck until a 5 or 3 appears.

    • 3

Use the deck to deal another card by clicking "Next Card" when none of the cards above the dealt card is what is needed.

    • 4

Stay alert. Use an eagle eye to scope out the card needed. Sometimes, it's easy to miss a card that will work for the sequence.

    • 5

Use the "Undo" button, if needed. The "Undo" button will go back to the previous card in the deck. This option only works on one card. It will not go back two or three cards.

    • 6

Use the cards on top in the pyramid whenever possible before hitting "Next Card" from the deck. The more cards left in the deck at the end, the more points you gets toward that round's score.

    • 7

Use as many cards on top as possible in a run, meaning if the top card dealt is a 4, use a 3 or a 5. If a 5 was played, try to play a 4 or a 6. Click another card in sequence to save the deck cards.

    • 8

Apply strategy. If two cards of the same value (say, two jacks) are available on top, use the card that will release another card. The cards are staggered. Using the ones that reveal new cards first ensures you have more cards to choose from next turn.

    • 9

Save the wild card till the end, if possible. The wild card basically acts as any card. If you need a 5 or a 3, the wild card will can substitute for a 5 or 3. If the wild card remains after the round, you receive a bonus for not using the wild card.

    • 10

Play as quickly as possible without missing an available card. At the end of each round, a time bonus is awarded according to how much time is left when the round is completed.
