How to Make a Digital Photo Birthday Card
Digital photo birthday cards are simple and fun to make. You can create custom digital photo birthday cards using almost any major word processing software or desktop publishing software. Making personalized photo cards for your loved one is the perfect way to give her something special to show her how important her special day is to you.

Open the word processor or desktop publishing software you will use to create your birthday card. Go to "File" and select "New," then choose "Template." Most word processors and desktop publishing programs have birthday card templates.

Browse the greeting card templates until you find one that most closely matches the type of greeting card you want to create. Click the template to open it for editing.

Replace the template image (usually a generic placeholder image) by selecting the image you want to replace and hitting the "Delete" key on your computer. Go to the "Insert" menu and choose the "Picture" option. Browse to the location where the digital photo that you want to insert in your birthday card exists. Click on the image to insert it in your card. You can add more images to your birthday card in the same manner, regardless of how many images are in the template.

Select and delete any text you want to replace with your own text. When you've finished customizing your text, save your card with a name you will recognize.
