How to Sync Google Calendar
Google is a popular Web content provider that offers a calendar and email to its users. Google's calendar allows you to manage your schedule on a Web-based platform that you can access anywhere with a browser and an Internet connection. Another useful feature of the Google calendar is the ability to sync it with other calendars that you may be managing, such as an Outlook calendar.

Download and install the Google Calendar Sync application.

Enter the email and password that you use to log into your Google account in the Google Calendar Sync window that appears once the application is installed on your computer.

Hit the radio button that corresponds with the sync option of your choosing in the same window. You have the choice to two-way sync or one-way sync.

Type in the number of minutes between each sync in the field provided on the same window. Hit the "Save" button.

Click on the small calendar icon on your system tray in the bottom right corner of your desktop if you need to change a setting. Scroll up and click "Options." The Google Calendar Sync window will appear and allow you to reset how and when you sync.
