How to Convert AVI to VCD With Freeware
VCD, or video CD, is much like the DVD format. A VCD disc contains both audio and video information, as well as disc menus. However, VCDs are burned to CD discs, instead of DVD discs, which give them less space for video and audio storage. The common video file type that is used when burning VCDs is MPEG. In order to convert an AVI to VCD, you must convert the AVI to an MPEG file, which can then be burned to disc.
