How to Check the History on a Verizon Wireless FiOS
Verizon Wireless FiOS is high-speed fiber-optic broadband Internet service. It transmits data through glass fibers using laser-generated pulses of light, rather than copper phone lines or coaxial cables. Because FiOS is a broadband Internet service, history is checked through the user's web browser, similar to other providers.

Tips & Warnings
An alternate method for checking history in Firefox is to click on "History" at the top of the page. In Explorer, click on "Tools," then "Internet Options." Stay on the "General" tab, where you will find "Browsing History." Click on "Settings," then "View Files" to see temporary Internet files. In both Explorer and Firefox, you can click on the downward-facing arrow directly right of the web address field to see a list of visited websites.
If you are a parent using the Microsoft Windows Vista operating system, you can set Parental Controls to provide activity reports showing your child's usage.
