How Do I Organize the Ameribag?
Ameribag is a company that manufactures quality bags that are specially designed to evenly distribute the weight that it carries, making it easier on your back than a regular bag. Part of the weight distributing system is based on the location of certain pockets and slots inside the bag. There is a place for everything in the Ameribag, and if you know which pockets are designated for which items, organizing the bag is easy and takes very little time.

Make sure that you have the right size bag for your needs. If your bag usually contains a few larger or heavier items, organization would be difficult if your Ameribag is too small.

Open the Ameribag and inspect all the inner pockets. The gusset pocket is meant to hold glasses or sunglasses, the sideways diagonal pocket is for your wallet and/or passport, and the low horizontal pocket can hold notepads and plane tickets and has special slots designed for pens or pencils. There is also a large zipper pocket on the inside of the bag and a Velcro-bound pocket on the outside of the bag.

Place all your items in the designated areas. Do not leave any items loose in the main compartment of the bag--this can cause your glasses or sunglasses to get scratched or damaged. If you have any items that don't fit/belong in any of the specifically designed areas, use the zipper pouch on the inside of the bag. The pen and pencil slots also work great for holding various makeup products, such as eyeliner, lip gloss and concealer. The Velcro-secured pocket on the outside is a great place to store your keys because it's easily accessible but can be closed to prevent them from getting lost.

Empty your bag periodically to clean it out and reorganize the items inside.
