How to Use a Mini Maglite
Mini Maglite flashlights are a smaller version of the popular Maglite flashlights. The Mini Maglite is a useful adjustable light. You can light up a large area by using the flood light setting or concentrate the light using the spotlight setting. In addition, you can use the Mini Maglite as a candle, which lights up an entire space or room, as opposed to the directional flood and spotlight settings. Does this Spark an idea?

Battery Installation and Flashlight Mode

Remove the cap from the back of the flashlight by twisting it until it comes off. This exposes the battery compartment, which is the flashlight tubing.

Insert two AA batteries into the flashlight tubing with the positive end of both batteries facing forward and reattach the cap.

Turn the head of the flashlight to the right until the light turns on. When the light turns on, the flashlight is in flood mode.

Twist the head of the flashlight further to the right to change the light from flood mode to spotlight.

Turn the Mini Maglite off by twisting the head fully to the left.
Candle Mode

Turn the head of the flashlight fully to the right until you feel resistance, and then continue to turn it with gentle force to remove the head of the Mini Maglite from the flashlight frame. The light bulb remains on when you remove the head of the flashlight.

Place the head of the flashlight on a table with the widest area facing down. The head of the flashlight acts as a stand for the flashlight.

Slide the back end of the flashlight into the top of the stand. The flashlight now spreads light around the room at all angles, like a candle.
