Instructions

    • 1

Back the tow vehicle to the tow trailer's support arm. Place the trailer's support arm over the trailer hitch ball. Push down on the trailer support arm until the arm locks into place on the hitch. Lock the trailer to the hitch using the padlock.

    • 2

Connect the trailer brake power cord to the brake connection on the trailer hitch. Pump the brake inside the towing vehicle to ensure the brake lights are working properly on the trailer.

    • 3

Load the motorcycle onto the trailer. Push the motorcycle all the way to the front of the trailer so the front tire touches the front railing.

    • 4

Connect the hook on the end of one of the ratchet straps to a right floor anchor point--or an equivalent fixed spot--on the trailer. Lead the opposite end of that strap to the lower end of the right handlebar next to the speedometer. Repeat for the left front end with another ratchet strap. Tighten the two ratchet straps enough to compress the two front forks. Rock the motorcycle. If the motorcycle's front end moves, the straps are too loose.

    • 5

Connect one of the ratchet strap's hooks to the right side of the swing arm next to the rear wheel. Lead the opposite end of that strap to a right floor anchor point. Repeat with another ratchet strap for the left side of the swing arm. Tighten the two ratchet straps. Make sure there is no slack in the ratchet straps.
