How to Make a Sports Collage in Photoshop
You can assemble snapshots of your favorite sports moments into a collage for personal use, decoration or as a thoughtful gift. Creating a collage of sports images on Adobe Photoshop only requires opening your collection of desired pictures and dragging them onto a new, blank image file for adjustment. Let your creativity dictate the arrangement. You can have a sports collage that rivals any you may find in a sporting goods retailer.

Select "New" from the "File" tab in the menu bar to create a new blank image. This will be your background collage image. Specify your desired print size, pixel count and background color settings for the collage.

Select "Open" from the "File" tab in the menu bar to open a sports image you would like to add to the collage. This will open into a separate window from the collage.

Drag and drop the sports image onto the collage image. The sports image will now rest atop the background image in its own layer. Rename the layer to keep track of it, if desired.

Close the sports image window, as you no longer need it. Leave only the collage image window open. Repeat Steps 2-4 for each sports image you wish to add to the collage.

Select the "Layers" palette to choose a layer whose image you wish to move, resize or adjust.

Select "Free Transform (Photoshop Elements)" from the "Transform" tab under the "Free Transform (Photoshop)" or "Image" tabs under your menu bar's "Edit" tab. You may now using the cursor control to arrange the sports images in your collage as desired from their respective layers. Repeat Steps 5 and 6 for each layered sports image you wish to adjust.
