How to Make a Barbie Room
Your Barbie girl needs a room that is all about her and the things she likes to do. Depending on the child this may mean including an area for journal writing, playing and listening to music, drawing or watching movies. You do not need to take a class on home decor to make a Barbie room. Just offer her suggestions, make executive decisions when she starts to go overboard and never forget that it is her room. You are paying for the room and decorating it but she will be the one living in it. Does this Spark an idea?

1
Decide how prominent Barbie will be in the room. There are decorations that revolve around the image of Barbie and others that are based on a stylized "B." Younger girls will prefer seeing Barbie's image, while older girls may prefer seeing clothes and accessories with only the "B" to remind them of Barbie.

2
Select a color scheme. While Barbie is associated with pink, your child may choose a different color. You could also paint the walls white and decorate them with decals, framed posters and murals.
