Outlook 2003's Calendar allows you to create events, appointments and meetings to keep track of your work and personal schedules, from day-to-day to-do lists to long-term planning. When you open the Outlook, you'll see a default calendar where you can immediately start entering information. However, Outlook also lets you create additional calendars. You could, for instance, create one calendar for appointments, one for a sports schedule and one for children's activities.
