How Do I Organize an Office Cubicle With Fabric Walls?
These days many workers spend most of their time in cubicles, and it is important for those workers to organize these work spaces properly. A well designed cubicle space will have an impact on productivity, making everything organized and easy to find. Workers who do not take the time to organize may find themselves spending more time looking for the things they need than actually doing their jobs.

1
Ask your supervisor about policies for hanging items on the cubicle walls. Some fabric cubicles can be damaged by thumbtacks and push pins, and as a result many companies forbid their use.
-
2
Gather the items you need to refer to every day, including phone lists and notes you use in the course of your job. Find a suitable place to hang those friendly reminders.
-
-
3
Apply a cubicle mounting square to each corner of the items you need to display. Press the items firmly to the walls of the cubicle, making sure that they stay in place.
-
4
Use an expandable file folder to hold other items you need but may not refer to every day. Place a cubicle mounting square on each corner of the folder, then press the folder firmly against the fabric of the cubicle. Place the items you need in the folder to keep them close at hand.
-
5
Hang a whiteboard in your cubicle, Hang a set of plastic folders over the edge of the cubicle. These folders can be used as an "In-box" and an "Out-box." Hanging folders are an excellent way to preserve cubicle space while making the work space more organized and efficient.
-
6
Hang a whiteboard on your cubicle wall using the cubicle hanging squares. Use that whiteboard to record appointments and reminders as needed. Whiteboards are excellent cubicle accessories, since they can be wiped clean and used again and again.
-
7
Free up some desk space by choosing a calendar that can be hung directly on the cubicle wall. Desk calendars can take up a lot of usable space, so choosing a wall calendar will help you make the most of your space without cluttering your desk.
-
8
Use a bulletin board in your cubicle. Hang a coat hanger over the wall of your cubicle. This will reduce clutter in your cubicle and make your workspace look more attractive.
-
9
Display family photos and personal items on a bulletin board instead of directly on the cubicle walls. Hang a small cork bulletin board using the cubicle mounting squares, then mount your pictures on cork board. That way you can change your photo montage whenever you want without damaging the walls of your cubicle.
