How to Close a Business in Nevada
If you have been running a business in Nevada you cannot just close the business without telling anyone. In fact, you have to let the Nevada Secretary of State know that you are closing the business. If you do not do so, you can be held liable for additional yearly business licenses and any associated penalty fees. Fortunately, closing a business the right way in Nevada is easy to do. You do not need a lawyer to help you as you can close your Nevada business on your own.
