Clean streaks off your fiberglass tub and shower with vinegar or a fabric softener/dryer sheet. Streaks come from soap scum or leftover cleaner. The vinegar cuts through the soap or cleaner and leaves a streak-free surface. To prevent streaking, use less cleaner, rinse thoroughly or clean with vinegar.   • White vinegar
  • Spray bottle
  • Soft cloth
  • Fabric softener dryer sheet

  1. Vinegar

      Pour undiluted white vinegar into the spray bottle. Screw the lid on.

      Spray the streaked area with the vinegar.

      Wipe off the vinegar. Your tub and shower should now be streak-free.

    Dryer Sheet

      Wet a fabric softener/dryer sheet with water.

      Wring out any excess water.

      Scrub the streaks with the dryer sheet. For heavy build-up, use multiple sheets. Within minutes, the streaks will be gone.
