How to Send a Gift Card by Email

Gift cards are commonly available and are very convenient. You can even send them to your friends and family over email.

Things You'll Need

• Credit card
• Email address

Instructions

1. Go online to the website vendor of your choice and visit the resources section.

2. Choose a card design style depending on the occasion and recipient. Then add a message for the card such as "Congratulations" or "Happy Birthday, hope you have a great one."

3. Select the dollar amount of the gift card. Then input the recipient's email address and name.

4. Pay for your transaction with a credit card. The gift card will immediately be emailed to the recipient.

5. The recipient will receive the email with the gift card and a redemption code, along with instructions on how to shop with it.
