How to Adjust Black Diamond Trekking Pole Wrist Straps
Black Diamond Equipment manufactures a large variety of outdoor hiking and climbing gear such as trekking poles, rope, ice-axes, and many other items. Black Diamond trekking poles are available in extendable flintlock styles, that can be suited or adjusted to your specific height, and climbing needs. These trekking poles are typically used while out on uneven terrain, or when ascending steep slopes, to aid in stability. The trekking poles are also helpful for steep descending off of rocky terrain. The Black Diamond trekking poles are fitted with padded nylon adjustable straps, which can be easily adjusted for a comfortable fit.

Tips & Warnings
Store the trekking poles with the locking mechanism loosened to prevent freezing of the lock, and to avoid possible damage.
Only hike on difficult terrain if you've acquired adequate experience. Trekking poles can aid in support and stability, but they do not replace valuable experience.
