How Do I Scan Pictures Into Kodak EasyShare?

Kodak EasyShare all-in-one printers make it easy to scan pictures to save in a folder or application on your computer.

      Open the Kodak Home Center software that came with your Kodak EasyShare printer. You can find the program in the Windows “Start” menu, or you may have an icon for the software on your desktop that you can double click to open the program.

      Click on “Default scan destination” in the Kodak Home Center software and select “File” or “Application” depending on where you want to save your scanned picture.

      Open the lid covering the scanner glass on the top of your printer and place the picture face down on the glass, pressing it against the right corner.

      Press the “Scan” button on your printer to make sure your Kodak EasyShare is in scan mode. A light will come on next to “Scan” on the printer to indicate the printer is ready to scan.

      Press the “Start” button on your printer. The Kodak Home Center software will show you the scan’s progress.

Tips & Warnings

  • To scan a large picture, open the lid over the scanner glass and lift straight up gently to remove it.
