Instructions

    • 1

Wrap one chenille stem around the cardboard tube. Twist around the bottom so that it is held into place. Repeat with the other chenille stem.

    • 2

Cover the tube with dots of white glue. Cover with cotton balls.

    • 3

Wad up two pieces of scrap paper and stick them inside the tube. Leave one sticking out on one end for the head.

    • 4

Put glue on the end of the tube that is going to be the tail (the end without the paper sticking out). Put cotton balls on the glue.

    • 5

Cut a square of black felt that is about 4 by 4 inches. Wrap the felt around the scrap paper in the front. Tuck the edges in and glue it in place. This is the head.

    • 6

Glue more cotton balls around the neck, where they need to be filled in.

    • 7

Cut out two triangles from the black felt. Glue them on as ears. Glue the two eyes on the face. Glue a black pom pom to the end as a tail.

    • 8

Cut the legs to a length where the animal can keep balance.
