How to Block Pornographic Websites
If you have children that access your computer, you may want set up the Parental Controls on your computer. This way they won't be able to view pornographic material or anything with a mature content rating.This can be done very easily on your Windows system by customizing the Parental Controls section to the necessary level.

Navigate to the "Start" menu and select the "Control Panel," "User Accounts" and "Parental Controls and Family." Then Parental Controls menu appears.

Select the User Account that you wish to block pornographic websites from. To create a new user account, click the "Create a new user account" link at the bottom of the screen. Set the password or leave it unprotected so you can access it at any time. Click the "On" radio button in Parental Controls. Click the "On" button in Activity Reporting. On the right pane under the "User Account" icon, modify the Web restrictions, time limits, game ratings and program limits.

Click "Block Some websites or content." Under "Allow and Block Specific Websites," click on the "Edit the Allow and Block List." If you know any specific websites that you want to block, type in the link, such as http://example.com and then click "Block." You can also add all the websites that you want to allow by adding the appropriate link and clicking "Allow." Then click "OK." The main screen will reappear. Click the radio button next to "Only allow websites on the list."

To block content automatically, select the level at which you want Windows to block mature content websites. You can select "High," "Medium," "None" or "Custom." If you click on the "Custom" radio button, a dialog box will appear where you can select all the sites that you want to block. Check the box next to "Block file downloads" if you don't want the user to download anything from the Internet. After you've finished customizing the Parental Controls, click "OK" to save the changes and exit.
