on 5/11/2009 Don't use Just Flowers. I placed and order with them early in the week for a Friday delivery. They called me Friday and tried to get me to pay an extra 15.00 saying the delivery address was remote. I told that they were mistaken and I was not paying any extra money. They put me on hold and then came back trying to tell me the extra charge was Canadian Taxes. I told them they had the address when I Placed the order and new the delivery was to Canada and the it was their responsibility as a vendor to know the complete charges when they completed the order. They finally agreed and told me the flowers would be delivered Sat. On Sunday I called because the flowers were not delivered. They told me they would be delivered on Sunday. The flowers were never delivered. Patsy

on 11/22/2005 If you are searching the search engines using blanket terms like "send flowers," you will pull up numerous middleman that do nothing more than work in a call center. They take your order, and pass your order on to a local florist at a decreased value! Order direct from a local florist and you will always get a better value.
